• System Components (How It Works)

1. Z-Type Bucket Elevator

    Gently lifts puffed products from the hopper to the weigher. The Z-shape minimizes breakage – critical for airy snacks like cheese balls or rice puffs.

2. 16-Head Combination Weigher

    The heart of the system. It selects the best combination of hoppers to hit 180g within ±1g. At 70 bpm, it still maintains high precision, saving you material cost over thousands of bags.

3. Vertical Packaging Machine (VFFS)

    Forms, fills, and seals the bag. Compatible with various film materials (laminated, PE, etc.). Easy to switch to different bag sizes for your snack range.

4. Checkweigher

    Final verification. Automatically rejects any bag outside the ±1g tolerance, ensuring only compliant packages reach your customers.
